But Shirley Patrick turned this into a positive and designed a marketing campaign to highlight this feature. She came up with some very inventive ideas to attract people. The marketing was excellent, well beyond just a sign in the front yard. The pictures in the paper and on the web attracted a lot of people to the open houses. She even posted flyers at strategic locations. Shirley Patrick kept us abreast of her progress every step of the way. We were particularly impressed with her ability to adapt her sales approach to feedback from open houses. We made improvements to the home as needed and we feel those changes were what made the difference in finally selling the house. She really was tireless in getting our house sold in a difficult market. She walked us through the final negotiations and we feel we ended with a very good sales price.
